Using product links

Each listing here links to its source on HaulSpreadsheet and to the same item on Hipobuy. This guide covers what to read on the source page and how to check that a link opens the item you expect.

The two buttons on a product card

Each product card has two buttons. View item opens that product's page on HaulSpreadsheet, which is where the title, photos, item number and listed price all come from. Open on Hipobuy opens the same item on Hipobuy, using the Hipobuy link that source listing already provides. HipoCool does not host listings, take orders, or process payment. You open the page and decide what to do next.

What to read on the source page

  • Item number. Each listing carries a marketplace item ID. It is the most reliable way to confirm you are looking at the same item later on an agent platform.
  • Seller measurements. Read the centimetre measurements the seller gives, not the size letter. Sizing is not standardised between sellers.
  • The listed price. This is the seller's price for the item in Chinese yuan (CNY, ¥). The listings come from Weidian, a Chinese marketplace that prices in yuan. On the cards here it is shown in yuan with an approximate US-dollar figure beside it, marked with ≈. Treat the dollar figure as an estimate, not a final total: domestic shipping in China, any service fee, international shipping and destination charges are all added later on the agent platform.

Opening an item on Hipobuy

Each source listing links out to several buying agents, and Hipobuy is one of them. The Open on Hipobuy button uses that Hipobuy link exactly as the source listing provides it; HipoCool does not build the link or change it. To reach a different agent, open the source listing with View item and choose one there.

HipoCool opened a sample of these Hipobuy links and each showed the matching item, but the listings were not all checked one by one. Treat a link that opens as a starting point, not proof: use the item number on the source page as your reference and check that the photos and item number match before you pay.

The price on the Hipobuy page can differ from the figure on the card — for example a different size or option, or a price that has changed since the snapshot. Go by the price shown on the Hipobuy page when you order.

Will an agent accept a given item?

Whether any particular agent will buy a specific listing can change over time, and it is not something this site can promise. Use the agent links shown on the source listing as a starting point, then check on that platform directly:

  • Paste or open the item on the agent's site and see if it resolves to the same product.
  • Check that the photos and item number match the source listing.
  • Confirm the item is still available and that the agent quotes a shipping method to your country.

If an agent link does not resolve to the same item, do not assume it is the right product. A working link is not the same as a verified match.
